The list of what real cleanlings do every day may seem redundant. But do not rush to conclusions - most classes are not only justified in terms of hygiene, but also do not require much time.
Refrigerator cleaning
It is enough to wash the refrigerator once every two to three months, and check it for spoiled products - once a week. A significant part of women and men think so, making a mistake. Despite the low temperature (average + 6 ° C), bacteria and various fungi easily propagate in the refrigerator. Moreover, the presence of "visible dirt" does not matter. Even if there are no traces of spilled compote on the shelves and the remains of stewed cabbage are not lying, there is still a pathogenic microflora that infects fresh food.
Microorganisms get into the refrigerator in different ways:
- along with packaging (products go through dozens of hands, are transported in non-sterile boxes and stored in dubious cleanliness warehouses, where goods are often put on the floor);
- from not very fresh food (as soon as something is moldy or rotten, spores of fungi and bacilli instantly spread around);
- from fingers (if you worked with raw meat or eggs, and then did not wash your hands).
Only real cleaners are not too lazy to wipe the shelves and walls of the refrigerator daily, as well as check the contents of all pots, bags and containers, although this takes no more than 10 minutes. These people do not run the risk of poisoning themselves with home-cooked food or discovering that soup cooked yesterday suddenly turned sour.
Mopping
Entering the house in street shoes, you bring not only sand and dirt on the soles, but also a lot of pathogenic bacteria, helminth eggs. Even if you leave the shoes in the hallway, all this spreads over the rooms over time. In this way, children and pets can “catch” the infection, the treatment of which will require a lot of money. It is much easier to clean the floor daily - the cleaners understand this and do not regret the minutes spent.
Towel change
Kitchen towels absorb the smell of food, they remain stains from grease and juices. The next day they look stale, so it makes sense in the morning to take a clean towel, and in the evening send it to the basket with dirty things.
The same goes for towels in the bathroom. As a rule, they are “fluffy”, which means that a lot of bacteria accumulate inside, which feel at ease in a humid and cool microclimate. They feed on particles of skin that exfoliate from the body and get stuck in a pile. Therefore, real cleaners do not use a bath towel several times, but take fresh daily.
Washing the kitchen worktop
The countertop seems to be perhaps the cleanest surface in the house, but it is not. Remember how you, returning from the store or preparing dinner, put food packages on it, put unwashed eggs, fruits or greens, how you cut meat and fish on it (all these are potential sources of infection). The desire to protect yourself and your family from "surprises" in the form of intestinal infections and parasites makes those who are called cleanlings wash the countertop after each use.
Bathroom Processing
True cleaners are not too lazy to disinfect the bath and toilet every day - in these places a huge amount of bacteria accumulates. In addition, you have to:
- wipe door handles, taps and toilet paper holder;
- process the curtain in the shower (therefore, it is desirable that it be made of film, and not of fabric);
- monitor the dryness of the tiles on the floor and walls, otherwise mold may form on the seams.
Bed remodeling
During the night, up to 500 ml of liquid evaporates from the human body, which is absorbed into the sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase, making them wet. The situation is aggravated if the room is hot: on the surface of the skin and in the fibers of the tissue, bacteria multiply with great speed. Making a bed every day is not a fad, but a necessity if you do not want to face rashes or skin infections. Cleanlings always follow this rule.
Dust control
Dust is particles of small debris, dead skin cells, fibers of paper and fabrics. It is not only formed in the house, but is also brought in from the street, so it is impossible to get rid of it once and for all.
Real cleaners do not wait for the moment when the dust layer becomes noticeable - they wipe the horizontal surfaces with an antistatic polish every day.
Sink flushing
Fat and food debris are trapped in a siphon under the sink, becoming a "treat" for bacteria. All would be fine, but these microorganisms produce a foul-smelling gas - the stench penetrates the kitchen and interferes with households. To avoid such a nuisance, tidy people pour a little antibacterial detergent into the drain hole, and after 5 minutes they wash the siphon with hot water.

We can assume that these people are simply obsessed with cleanliness, but you can follow their example and maintain perfect order in the house. All that is needed is desire and a little time.
