A video is dedicated to the process of making chicken breast stuffed with spinach. The voice-overs spoke in English, however - everything was clear without translation. I really like spinach, I grow it all summer, so the recipe interested me. Moreover, it is very simple. This dish is easy enough to cook. So how do you cook chicken breasts with spinach and cheese? Chicken breast fillet is usually dry, if just boiled. But in this dish there will be no dryness, believe me. Juicy, aromatic, tender, mouth-watering! You know that dishes cooked in the oven are very attractive.
And now the recipe itself (4 servings):
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast fillet (4 halves) without skin, bones;
- 300 grams of spinach leaves;
- 1/2 cup sour cream (100 g);
- 1/2 cup grated hard cheese (I use Dutch - it is more salt than others);
- 1 medium head of garlic (5-6 cloves);
- 4 thin slices of bacon;
- salt, black pepper - to taste.
How to cook:
Wash the fillet. Cut each part of the fillet lengthwise into two halves - you get 4 pieces.
Beat the resulting pieces with a hammer so that the thickness of each is not thicker than 1-1.5 cm. Chicken meat is tender, so do not be very zealous. Add a little salt and pepper. Salt and pepper, any other favorite spices, can even be gently rubbed into the meat. Set the prepared fillet aside.
Wash spinach leaves, shake off excess water. Put in a ceramic or glass bowl - place in the microwave for 3 minutes. After a minute, remove the bowl with spinach. Mix. Then put back in the microwave. Repeat three times until the spinach settles.
You can do without a microwave, put it out in a deep frying pan or boil it in slightly salted water for 1-2 minutes.
Grate the cheese.
Peel, finely chop a few cloves of garlic. Add garlic to taste. Someone loves more ... and someone adds it a little bit for flavor.
Add sour cream, grated cheese, finely chopped garlic to a bowl with spinach, add a little salt, and pepper. Mix.
Put 1-2 tablespoons of spinach mixture on each piece of beaten chicken fillet. Wrap with a roll. Chip off with a wooden skewer or tie with threads. Then wrap each chicken roll with a thin plate of bacon.
Put cooked rolls in a heat-resistant dish. Place them in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. Then increase the temperature in the oven to 250 °. Bake until brown crust 30-35 minutes.
